A British man has been jailed for being the owner of a Mercedes vehicle that was equipped with an anti-impotency drug that he said can cause "severe pain, and sometimes serious damage to the human body".
The man, who was arrested at the scene, was taken into custody and is now facing a maximum of one year imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.
The man, who is in his 40s, was also found guilty of two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to supply a controlled substance.
"In order to make this sentence more effective, I must be the owner of the Mercedes vehicle," he told the court.

The man said he then had the car searched and then took out a warrant card, which revealed that he had "other things" that could be used to buy Viagra. He said the drugs contained "a lot of cocaine and heroin".
The police arrested the man on January 15, 2014.
The man, who is between 18 and 40 years old, said he had been using a Mercedes vehicle with Viagra for several years when he was diagnosed with erectile dysfunction, and was then taking the drugs as ordered by the police officer.
He said: "I was concerned that if I took something in the Mercedes vehicle that could make it more difficult to get an erection and I might get more pain. I would need more drugs in the vehicle to buy Viagra."
He said he then had the car searched and then took out a warrant card, which revealed that he had "other things" that could be used to buy Viagra.
